My name is Tiffany. I am a confirmed trafficking victim registered with Berlin Police since November 2025, with 3 active criminal cases as a victim and witness in Germany.

Despite this, German immigration authorities are attempting to deport me by May 8th 2026, causing my case to fall apart and me to be put in extreme danger.

Since November 2025 Germany has prohibited me from working while denying me housing, subsistence support, legal representation, and psychological care — in direct violation of EU law. I have also, been forced to testify without a lawyer, in violation of my rights. The lack of safe housing has left me vulnerable to further violence, including being beaten, drugged, raped, and sexually exploited for shelter.

I have been evicted from two state-funded victim safehouses in retaliation for asserting my legal rights with immigration. I have filed court proceedings representing myself without a lawyer, without stable housing.

I need urgent help with accommodation and basic survival costs before my deportation deadline.
