Habe ein älteres Mehrfamilienhaus gekauft in Nordhausen um es wieder zum Leben und Bewohnen zu erwecken. 30 Jahre Leerstand

Hier wird ein schönes Backsteingebäude von 1909 mit herrlichem Innenhof zum Verfall verurteilt obeohl es über eine Arbeits und Wohnfläche von knapp 900qm verfügt. Ich hab es angekauft und will es wieder dort übergeben wo es vorher mal war. Mit Menschen beleben, die dort arbeiten und gleichzeitig wohnen werden. Dazu benötige ich erstmal 15000 € was natürlich später mehr wird. Man kann hier für den Deckenaufbau in 2 Etagen spenden. Das ist eine ganz wichtige Maßnahme für die Statik. Wenn das geschafft ist, geht es weiter.
