Dashboard > My fundraisers > Edit fundraiser > Updates or Post an update

In this section you can post updates, news and other developments relating to your fundraiser.

It is important to keep your donors (both those who have already donated and potential new donors) up to date with the progress of your fundraiser.

Donors (not anonymous) automatically receive an e-mail that an update has been posted. This e-mail is sent the next morning at 9:00, provided your fundraiser is online at that moment (live or closed for donations). If your fundraiser is offline, no e-mail about the update is sent.

Please note: Not possible for anonymous donors who have chosen not to provide their e-mail address.
