Liebe Menschen, Freunde, Familie und alle, die mitfühlen können,

mein Name ist Lisa, ich bin 28 Jahre alt und alleinerziehende Mama einer kleinen Tochter aus Graz in der Steiermark. Was als einfache Zahnprobleme begann, hat sich zu einem echten Albtraum entwickelt: Meine Zähne brechen seit Jahren einfach ab, schwere Parodontose und massiver Knochenrückgang haben fast alles zerstört – ich habe kaum Zähne übrig die nicht mit einem Stift versehrt wurden. Inzwischen hat sich mein Kiefer bereits verschoben, was alles noch schlimmer macht. Ich tue mir extrem schwer beim Sprechen - oft undeutlich oder mit Schmerzen - und sogar beim Schlucken und Zunehmen fällt es mir unglaublich schwer. Essen ist pure Qual: Ich kann fast nichts mehr richtig kauen, habe ständig Schmerzen, und muss mich auf weiche, nährstoffarme Sachen beschränken. Dadurch wiege ich aktuell nur noch 49 kg – und es wird immer weniger, weil mein Körper einfach nichts mehr richtig aufnimmt. Ich fühle mich schwach, erschöpft, isoliert und schäme mich vor meiner Tochter, wenn ich nicht mal richtig lächeln oder mit ihr essen kann.

Ich will das ändern - vor allem für sie. Ich möchte wieder eine starke, lachende Mama sein, die mit ihr spielt, richtig isst und ein normales Leben führt. Die einzige realistische Lösung ist eine feste, implantatgetragene Versorgung wie All-on-4 oder All-on-6: Implantate im Kiefer, auf denen eine stabile Brücke sitzt - oft ‚feste Zähne an einem Tag‘ genannt. In Österreich kostet das pro Kiefer ca. 12.000–18.000 € (je nach Material, Praxis und ob kleiner Knochenaufbau nötig ist), für beide Kiefer realistisch 25.000–35.000 € insgesamt (inkl. Untersuchung, OP, Provisorium, Endversorgung, 3D-Planung etc.). Die ÖGK übernimmt bei so einer Behandlung fast nichts - es ist reine Privatleistung.

Als arme Alleinerziehende mit kleinem Einkommen kann ich das unmöglich allein stemmen. Deshalb bitte ich euch von Herzen um Hilfe: Jeder Euro, jedes Teilen, jedes gute Wort bringt mich näher an ein schmerzfreies Leben. Mit eurer Unterstützung kann ich bald zu Spezialisten gehen (z. B. in Graz oder Wien), einen genauen Plan erstellen und die Behandlung starten. Ich verspreche euch ehrliche Updates über jeden Schritt - von Terminen bis zum ersten Lächeln ohne Scham.

My name is Lisa, I’m 28 years old and a single mother to a little daughter, living in Graz, Styria. What started as simple tooth problems has turned into a real nightmare: My teeth have been breaking off for years, severe periodontitis and massive bone loss have destroyed almost everything - I barely have any teeth left that aren’t already damaged or held together somehow. Meanwhile, my jaw has shifted, making everything even worse. I struggle enormously with speaking - often unclear or in pain - and even swallowing and gaining weight is incredibly difficult for me. Eating has become pure torture: I can hardly chew anything properly anymore, I’m in constant pain, and I have to limit myself to soft, nutrient-poor foods. As a result, I currently weigh only 49 kg – and it keeps dropping because my body simply can’t take in enough anymore. I feel weak, exhausted, isolated, and I’m ashamed in front of my daughter when I can’t even smile properly or eat with her.

I want to change this – especially for her. I want to be a strong, laughing mom again, who can play with her, eat normally, and live a regular life. The only realistic solution is a fixed, implant-supported restoration like All-on-4 or All-on-6: Implants in the jaw with a stable bridge on top - often called “fixed teeth in one day.” In Austria, this costs around 12,000-18,000 € per jaw (depending on materials, clinic, and whether minor bone augmentation is needed), realistically 25,000–35,000 € total for both jaws (including examination, surgery, provisional, final restoration, 3D planning, etc.). The Austrian health insurance (ÖGK) covers almost nothing for this treatment – it’s a pure private service.

As a low-income single mother, I can never afford this on my own. That’s why I’m asking you from the bottom of my heart for help: Every euro, every share, every kind word brings me closer to a pain-free life.
